Mike is the former Executive Director of the United Supplement Freedom Association (USFA), an organization dedicated to protecting consumer access to dietary supplements primarily by lobbying on Capitol Hill and organizing grassroots support. He is also the former Finance Director for the Nassau County Democratic Party, where he helped raise over a million dollars in local contributions.
