David is a former Nassau County Assistant District Attorney with extensive experience as a civil and criminal litigator. As an Assistant District Attorney, he handled the prosecution of all types of criminal cases from arraignment through trial. During his tenure as an ADA, David was assigned to the prestigious DWI Trial Bureau, and successfully conducted numerous trials to verdict.
Based upon his demonstrated trial skills, David was hired as a litigation associate for Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C., where he handled complex personal injury actions for the country’s largest and most successful plaintiff’s personal injury firm. At W&L, David tried numerous cases in courts throughout New York State, and conducted and defended depositions in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, Virginia, Alabama, Arizona, Louisiana, Montana, Texas, Georgia, Indiana and Idaho. During his tenure at W&L, David was responsible for the recovery of tens of millions of dollars on behalf of his injured clients and their families.
