Warriors for a Cause Presents “Night on The Town” Fundraiser to Benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LlS) on April 6th

Rick Collins, a Member of the Warriors for a Cause, Joined by CGMB to Support Fundraiser Raising Money in the Fight Against Blood Cancers

On April 6th, the philanthropic organization “Warriors for a Cause” will once again be presenting “A Night on the Town” — one of Long Island’s biggest and most unique annual fundraisers. The event, which has raised more than $500,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in the past two and a half years, will be taking place at Jericho Terrace in Mineola from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. — with tickets still available for what promises to be a spectacular fundraising event to raise money in the fight against blood cancers.

The “Night on the Town” fundraiser will feature unlimited samplings of the finest cuisine from top New York City and Long Island restaurants who have joined together to support this important cause. More than 700 attendees are expected to be part of this year’s event, with the goal being to raise $150,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Last year’s Night on the Town event raised an incredible $136,000 for LLS, and this year is expected to raise even more – with the ultimate goal being to raise $1 million for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through the years.

This year, Rick Collins (an active member of “Warriors for a Cause” who is involved in a number of philanthropic events and causes) will be joined at the fundraiser by the attorneys and staff of Collins Gann McCloskey & Barry – who are all excited to be attending and supporting this very special event as a firm. The firm will join together for this evening of great food for a great cause – highlighting the firm’s commitment to philanthropy and “giving back” to the community and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to Night on the Town and their support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Warriors for a Cause also lead and support a number of other community causes, including organizing more than 300 people to participate in last year’s Tunnel to Towers 5K, the annual run/walk honoring NYC firefighter Stephen Siller, who died responding to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Along with spectacular unlimited samplings from many top NYC/LI restaurants, Night on the Town will also feature live entertainment, dancing and the chance to win great prizes. The Honoree for this year’s Night on the Town is Kevin Lalezarian of Lalezarian Properties. Tickets for the event are $125 through midnight on Wednesday, April 5th, and can be purchased here: https://events.lls.org/pages/li/nightonthetown17. In addition, tickets will also be available at the door on the night of the event at Jericho Terrace, which is located at 249 Jericho Turnpike in Mineola.
